At first I looked at this and thought "... this isn't the damage I receive, is it? Surely it must make the enemy susceptible to damage."
Sure enough it MAKES YOU DIE TWICE AS FAST. Like WTF? Why is this thing even in the game? Troll weapon alert.
There is even a shield with it (Unique, lol) and a twohander with double berserk, as in 20% dmg bonus, 200% dmg received. 
This kind of subpar design is exactly why Inquisition has the worst combat of all the DA games.
Yeah I have the double damage 2H. Made me laugh to read it. And it's a purple. My 2H toons already apparently run around practically naked - nothing like making them feel even more inferior to any skirt wearing toon in game.
