THEY LINKED MY ACCOUNTS.

IF YOU DID THE WRONG EMAIL, THEY LINK OVER THE PHONE. INSTANT FIX FOR THOSE OF US WHO ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL. 

I REPEAT. I'VE DOWNLOADED MY MISSING GEAR.

KEEP BUMPED FOR THOSE WHO'VE BEEN SHAFTED!

They even threw in the Inferno Armor, and the man whom talked to me said. They've recieved no memo from Bioware. I was the first they heard of it.



They're quite cordial at EA. Took care of me in a snap. Restart your Xbox if need be once they do it.



It fixed my Cerebus/Inferno/Terminus armor

The guy wasn't even questioning it. I gave him the gamertag, He linked the accounts once I could prove they were both mine.



Explain the Lockout from the social site, and know which email you want them to link too. I'm now the proud owner of all the DLC.



10:00 or 7:00 PST, EA took care of my problem. Thats open of business.

wow this lady was helping me out i got my armor and gun BUTTTTTTTT i just lost my Cerberus Network and lost my phone with her back to hold for another 30 mins . it's showing as if it was never there . and i try to re enter the damn code and it wont work now . WTF

What exactly did you guys say? I explained the situation to the dude on the other line the best I could but he seemed like a real mouth-breather and could not comprehend the words coming out of my mouth. All he gave me was another Cerberus download code that didn't work.

The gal i talk to was really nice she fix my all my accounts and my Armor and Gun but right after i was going to her my other stuff was gone . Bam the phone got disconnected damn so ive been on the phone for hour now on wait . And on there chat now trying to get it fix .

Basically at this rate, if you want to play with the extra content its tonight or tomorrow. Great job Bioware. This is why codes should be entered through Xbox Live and not some damn proprietary service.

I'd avoid the chat option that they suggest while you're on hold- I got dumped when the clock reaches zero three times now after waiting half an hour.
