Starting to wonder if they will fix DAO with the PC patch for the Long Load times, 100% proccessor issue before I actually get on the phone with some sort of support for ME 2.

Woot 1 1/2 hrs on the phone fixed now. =)

Got through on chat and the phone at the same time. I think the chat originates from India, there's a bit of a communication barrier. The rep on the phone has been nothing but understanding and helpful, he's also compensating me for my troubles. Be nice to the reps and be rewarded.
