yeah...luckily i got through on the chat support....took about 30mins, almost lost connection because i wasn't paying attention...last night i tried and it didnt work, tried calling and nothin happened till i hung up an hour later

I'm inclined to agree... 5 tries, same result. And I hung up after an hour and 40 minutes on the phone waiting.... This is simply just... sad? Irresponsible? Pretty f*****g lousy, if you ask me... You'd THINK they'd realize this was going to happen again and again... and at least have some sort of instructions posted somewhere, or a solution that could be easily accessed.

Well I at least finally figured out what my problem is. Apparently I had a 07 EA account that uses a different email and is locked to my primary gamertag. I've been using another email and another EA account for the last 3 years. I got my Dragon Age armor and cerberus working but not my collectors' working.
Why can't I just delete my old account and let me add my gamertag to my current EA account. I can't get anywhere calling or chatting. I'd wait 2 hours if it would just let me talk to someone after those two hours.

Having all the same issues as everyone, got gamestop to give me another cerberus code so that works now (entered in game) but my guns and armor arent showing up. I tried to double check my gamertag was on ea site so I log in and it says my gamertag is already being used WTF is that? Ive now been on hold for 62 min....

Been on the phone for half an hour now. Really want this issue fixed. My problem seems to be that I have my old gamertag linked at EA before I changed. Really stupid that it would not change along with seeing as I spent money to change the name. I am using the same e-mail for this site as well as EA but with the wrong gamertag. EA shows Moose Assassin which is my old one. My new one, pK Xanax, I can't add due to it "already in use" or something like that. And at this site, it doesn't even show a gamertag listed. Such a mess.

ok I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post this, i signed up with my email address that my gamertag is linked to.its the same as the one i used to sign up to xbox live with. so they all should be linked. my gamertag is under persona along with my PSN name. my gamertag and psn name are the same. on the bioware page only my psn name shows up and my gamertag wont even though i selected it as my default persona on the ea page. is it because my psn name is exactly the same as my gamertag?

chat got cancled out, after 78 min on the phone I finally got to talk to someone, she said my gamer tag was linked to aoi.com instead of aol.com (email) although theres no way because my aol account recieves all my xbl mail, nice excuse but not the case, either way they fixed it......78 min down the drain later!

Whoo! Just got through talking to a really helpful representative. They linked my accounts and I got my collectors armor and they threw in terminus armor. The wait took me an hour and 20 mins, but in the end it's all good.

So ive been on the chat for 2 and a half hours, getting cancelled every thirty minutes, whoever at ea is incharge of the customer support should get mugged on the walk home or something, karma needs to balance out for the thousands of us being bent over by ea

After numerous CANCELLED chat attempts and 1 hour + on the phone line, I FINALLY got the issue resolved. I hope EA isn't stupid enough to make this mistake again.
Thought it was kind of funny that they advertised the live chat when you're put on hold. I was like "Yeah, the live chat sounds great......... IF I ACTUALLY GOT THROUGH."
Hope you guys get your issues resolved too.

It says it's already been used.
Trying chat and Calling will see how it goes.
Have already been dropped from chat once when the estimated time ran out.

Well after almost 2 hours on hold and three failed attempts for live chat, I got through. All issues were settled and I got the Inferno armor. I am glad it is settled, but I wish I didn't have to waste 120 monthly minutes doing so. What an ordeal.

After several attempts for live chat i finally got it taken care of... They had to change my gamertag email address to the one that i inputed the codes on... Thank god this whole thing is over and i can go back to enjoying the game...
Advice to everyone trying to get in. Open multiple browsers and have them cue up chat... Refresh it if it gets canceled... It took me about 5 or so canceled attempts to get in... And when you do get threw be sure to be patient and respectful to them... Its not their fault this happened (its the programmers who set this whole nonsense up)... If your nice enough i have heard they throw in extra DLC for your time lost... But don't be discouraged if you don't get anything extra... Good luck everyone

After almost being on hold for two hours, I finally got a hold of a very helpful person. His name is Nathan and he helped me link my gamertag from an old comcast account to the current e-mail that I'm using. He threw in a $15 off any EA game coupon too. Now I can finally enjoy the game. Also, I am glad my gamertag is linked to my EA account now.
