Again, if it's that big an issue, go with the BBB. As far as the other thread is concerned, I was just presenting the quickest solution. If that's being a ****, no wonder no one is trying to fix any of these issues.

BBB does jack crap in these type of situations. You've never dealt with the BBB have you. Try 6 months later and you get an answer (if that), of course nothing of which will fix the problem currently happening.





Again, I just RELATED my experience with EA.com in this since its a SUPPORT issue. What's your problem with someone who is relating a BAD experience with EA.com support? That they couldn't help me, that I have to wait to hear back from them (24 - 48 hours) and that in the mean time, Im without the DLC that i should rightfully get.

I have dealt with them on several occasions. They may take a while, but it's usually followed with a swift response from the company in question. I'm not the one with a problem here. I made an honest suggestion and you responded with some pseudo-insider slight. If you're getting ignored with support, and you snub the advice you get on the boards, there's no helping you.

I too used the wrong emails. A few suggested creating another XBL Silver account and using it's email as the same email I used for this Social account. It worked like they said-- logged in to my EA account via ME2 on Xbox, pressed cancel when asked to access Cerberus, the Terminus Armor and Weapon was in the New Content Available.

When I switched back to my main account, the Armor and Weapon was in the ship's equipment cabinet.

I'm just glad it finally worked out. No thanks to this over-complicated method!

I'M FINALLY DONE! For anyone experiencing disconnects on the live chat: I *think* the trick is to not switch tabs (maybe even tasks) when you're near the top of the queue. I haven't had the issue when I stopped doing that, so maybe the chat applet disconnects if it finds it doesn't have priority.



Anyway, done!

 I've had three separate chats with EA, and I still can't redeem my damn promo codes because "an account with my email address already exists" on here, apparently. I just wanna be able to use the Collector's Edition stuff, is that so hard? :(
