I'm having the same issues. First I couldn't connect to the server, then when I finally was able to I entered my Cerberus Network code and found that my preorder bonus and collectors were not there. Figured it out that my gamertag wasn't added to my bioware/ea account. Went to do that and found that I already had an EA account linked to this gamertag. Now I've been on the phone and live chat for over 3hrs and still no help, getting disconnected from live chat every 30 minutes or so and getting disconnected by phone twice. *shakes head*
EA WILL LINK ACCOUNTS: SUCCESS WITH ACCOUNT LOCKOUT!

Also got kicked out of chat after 30 minutes. Was on hold for almost an hour when my SIM card just randomly decided to loosen itself ever so slightly and disconnect me from my service. Awesome.

Problem fixed with a call.almost 2 hour wait. they will through in other armor you don't have if you ask for it. YOU MUST ASK. I got the inferno armor for free

you poor, poor thing. I'm so sorry! This whole thing is a huge mess. I don't understand why they're having so many problems. I got the error saying my gamertag was in use too, so I HAVE to wait. I'm debating if I should say something about the cereberus code. My fiance and I only got one copy of the game 'cause why get two when you only have one xbox?? I used the code last night, not even thinking and now he won't be able to get on unless he pays for it. He also can't import his saves. They definately have some major bugs going on here. They really should have just made the pre-order code for xbox. And seperate ones for those on PC. It's really stupid. I'm sorry that you're having such a hard time getting through to them!

Well I have old emails accounts with EA I can no longer access and I think one is linked to my Xboxlive tho funny microsoft got that sorted out and charges me for gold access. Yet I have tried to get this fixed 5x in the last year and EA still has it screwed up.
This one is the last straw for me. lol it gets fixed or I give up on anything EA or anyone working with EA. Doesn't help I have been on hold for 4 hours with EA hung up on 2 times and never speaking to a Rep yet. I am up to 9 times chat has closed. This customer service is retarded.

I managed to chat with someone on the ea website and I got everything fixed. My ea persona was on a different email than the one I entered on the bioware socialnetwork. The customer service rep was able to move my ea persona (my gamertag) to another ea account (different email) that matches with the one on this site. Loaded up ME2 and it was all there.

How do you know if your account is connected to your gamertag or not? I got the cerberus working fine and I even got the blood dragon armor from DAO is there so does that mean my acc/GT are connected? *sigh* no terminus stuff showing though and I redeemed code...

Go to ea.com and log in. Go to your account page and there should be an option to add persona. If your gamertag is there then be sure to set your email address on this website to the one that is on the ea website.
If your ea persona is on a different email address than the one who registered here, then your going to have to call or go to the chat option on the ea website.
It worked for me.

I got through finally and they got it fixed. Or at least it sounds like it. I'm gonna check in a second. The guy also said he authorized my fiance's account for cereberus, though he just tried to get on and it says he has to purchase it. Which is kinda frustrating. We only got one code 'cause we only got one copy since we share an xbox. But it seems like the at least fixed my problem and I should have the terminus armor. I hope it works! Not only for me but you too! Good luck getting it fixed!
