Chat service never worked for me but I finally got through to EA on the phone. Took around 2 hours per try. Took care of my issue sadly phone mins took a huge hit for this but they were nice and sorted it out on moving an old email account to my main one I have nowdays

Ok, just talked to another nice guy named Vincent. Got my account linked and he gave me all of the preorder codes I didn't have when I asked him about it. I still cannot connect to the EA server to see if it worked but he did say that they were having a "massive overload" of people trying to connect and get their stuff.



Even though I can't connect to see if it worked, I'm calling it a night for this battle. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to download all of my dlc.

Vincent helped me out. He waited while I checked my game and everything's showing up just as it should.



It's a hassle, but this can be fixed.

Also, definitely make sure to ask your customer service rep. if/she can wait for you to verify that your items and cerberus codes are working (if they don't offer). Vincent said that it can happen that they might need to give you new codes. I get the feeling this has happened to a lot of people, so remember that vital step.

Yes, this handling of unchangeable gamertag association and EA codes rather than XBL codes is simply a disaster. This needs to change, and at the very least Bioware should take the gamers' side until EA gives up what can only be described as "utter effing BS".

wow i finally got through, took me since 11 am EST its now 8pm. He said he couldnt offer me any armor but offered me a 15 dollar card for EA store, whatever that is. -.-

Wow this is Bull.... I swear I thought I had this fixed with Battlefield Bad Company... Gawd I hate EA and I am begining to hate Bioware for being a part of them. Sad because this Persona Linking crap should be a bit more user friendly.

Why couldn't they leave things alone? Everything worked great on Dragon Age. This should have been done in the game menu. Then it wouldn't matter what e-mail address was being used. They s*** f****** d****!!! A** H****!!! EA should die a terrible death!!!

Well, I'm able to confirm that linking my Gamertag to the EA Account which is linked to my Bioware Account is working flawlessly.

As soon as I logged onto the game on my 360, I saw my 2 pieces of Armor.  I entered my Cerberus Network code through the console game and was able to download the Crash Site content fine.

Other than having to do the link earlier, everything fell into place fine.  I don't think you have to worry whether codes were entered before or after the linking of your Gamertag, as long as you link your Gamertag to your EA Account which has the same email address and password as your Bioware Account.  Just make sure all your codes are on that Bioware Account.
