I'm in a chat right now, he linked my Gamertag to the email I entered the Collector's stuff to and that worked. But I am now working with him on trying to re-activate my Cerberus Network account since my email addresses have changed from the one I put the activation code on.

How can you tell if you're linked? When I try to add my gamertag on the EA site I get the "Sorry, we can't find information about that Xbox LIVE Gamertag" message, though on here I can see all of my awards and stats when I click "see your player profile". XD

oh man got the 2 armor packs to work, but now Ive lost the cerberus access thing. they really shouldve done it like every other game and just have it as a xbox live download code.

Let me see if I have this straight. Unless my EA account and my social.bioware.com account are linked and on the same email, and the EA account is linked to my Gamertag, I'm going to have issues once my game comes in the mail?

Your EA Account email address and your Bioware Account email address need to be the same.  Next, you need to have your Gamertag linked to that EA Account.

Guys, I have a feeling that we never actually got the cerberus network cards. For a lot of people, when they entered in the redeem code thingy for the cerberus cards into the site, instead of getting access to what seemed to be the cerberus network, they got the normandy crash site DLC. So im thinking, that we never actually got the cerberus card stuff and all the stuff we DID get can be accessed from within the game via Shepherds personal terminal.

I've been on hold for 1hr18min so far.. Live Chat support has failed 3 times now (cancelled message).



Considering I think they close in 10 minutes, I find this very discouraging. Here's to hoping they pull a little overtime tonight.

Its sucks they screwed us when they first launch 360 and they did doing again. They sucks us  in with this promo then leave us out too dry next time we should wait too by a  preowned save big bucks. They never help
