I've been disconnected from Live Chat too many times to count. Done trying that.
Ive also been on hold for an additional 2hrs (added on to the 2hrs I was on hold for before Rick hung up on me).
I will get free content.
At first I didnt mind, but now this is ridiculous and I WILL get compensated.

well after successfully fixing the armor pack issue, the phone rep assured me that the cerberus network was all set and I needed to give it a few minutes, well 20mins later it doesnt work, The only available option is to download it for 1200pts which I refuse. guess its back to the phone lines.

If their customer help department is anything like the one I've worked at, they'll be out of there when 7:00PM PST hits and we'll be greeted with a message (eventually) to call back at regular business hours. As sad as it is, I'm almost ready to pay the $15 bucks and get over this.

Never again am I pre-ordering or buying a bioware or EA game on launch day. Too much hassle for nothing. Next time i'll wait a month to allow them to resolve their issues.

I'm screwed. Stuck in the loop where I entered my Cerberus code online, now it's asking for it again in-game and it's already been redeemed. Chats dumped me twice, phone hung-up on me three times. Why don't they give the consumer the option of transferring their own damn gamertag??? I redeemed all my codes under the new account today. Sooooooo frustrating.

Good news. Got through to Phillip and people are still there. 160 people still on hold. He's doing the account transfer as we speak. Word is, they may be releasing a patch to fix all of this, just not sure when.

I dial in, go to option #8, it gives the robotic voice run-down of how to enter your code, and then it goes to "Our lines are currently closed" and hangs up.

Phillip put me on hold and said he's merging the accounts (I had the issue with registering DLC on a new account, but still has an old EA account with my XBL tag attached to it). It's been a few minutes, but once I have a verdict, I'll let you all know.
