yeah baby i'm in the pacific NW as well... one hour and 12 minute hold time and counting.



yeah i work with registering people over the phone.... i know how it is. it can be tough.

If the call was made after closing hours, that may be why. They're trying to clear up all the calls in queue, without accepting new ones, so they can get out of there for the night.

If they had an option to delete a persona from an account, this would work faster, put less strain on them and would make a lot of people happy.

They close queues after closing hours.

They only talk to people already in queue.

Just got off the phone with Phillip and he fixed everything for me. Cerberus Network is running and my accounts were merged.

Get this, EA threw in a Gift Certificate for waiting through the ordeal. They have my respect.

Still no terminus armor!!!!! Got that crap ass Normandy crash site though. I even asked that frikin EA rep if the Normandy crash site was how I get the terminus armor and he said yes. OMG i am f****** pissed. worst experience ever.

I have been on hold for 1hr and 9 minutes, and havent been diconnected yet, but this is bull to make people wait so long. I am actually one who waits to be sitting on hold but i guess if i want this fixed i will sit through it
