If the call was made after closing hours, that may be why. They're trying to clear up all the calls in queue, without accepting new ones, so they can get out of there for the night.

Just got off the phone with Phillip and he fixed everything for me. Cerberus Network is running and my accounts were merged.
Get this, EA threw in a Gift Certificate for waiting through the ordeal. They have my respect.

Still no terminus armor!!!!! Got that crap ass Normandy crash site though. I even asked that frikin EA rep if the Normandy crash site was how I get the terminus armor and he said yes. OMG i am f****** pissed. worst experience ever.
