I accidentaly put my terminus code on another account and in the process of changing all my emails to try to get the EA one to match up with the bioware account i made(didnt know i had an EA account till it was too late). My bioware account has become impossible to log into yet i know it is there because i added it as a friend on this account...Weird stuff is going on...

I think awesome customer support would be Getting this S*** straight the first time I called after 5 hrs of trying only to be lied to....then the close down the phones....F*** EA...yea the guy was nice but F*** EA.

Wow, I finally got through to someone and after 2 hours everything's good to go. My gamertag is finally linked to my social bioware account and finally shows up in my redeem code section. I missed the name of the service rep at the beginning as I was switching between speaker and regular phone, but I believe his name was Tim.
Well Tim, if that was his name, fixed my problem, but needless to say he didn't do it very nicely. He cocked an attitude with me and blamed me for the problem saying I created too many EA accounts. I was nice to him saying hey, I never willingly did that, and I even APOLOGIZED for having so many accounts, even though I knew it wasn't my fault. I have had to create so many EA accounts because they kept changing the system every 6 weeks it seemed. I was nice the entire time and he wasn't mean, but he wasn't very nice either. He basically told me NO, like I was a bad dog or something.
I told him, hey I get it. This is not your fault, I realize you have gotten 1000 calls (he told me 1000s of calls on this issue), but I really shouldn't be getting blamed for this when you people decided to go against the DEFACTO standard of using Marketplace codes like every other normal publisher. Again, I am like I know this isn't your fault, but its not mine either.
Anyway, he fixed it, I thanked him, he thanked me, problem solved. Not horrible customer service, not great either. I always thought rule #1 was NEVER blame the customer, but eh, oh well. I am sure the guy was really tired of dealing with all of this, so I guess I can imagine being just as annoyed if I were in his shoes.
What I find funny though is that if they don't fix this issue for us, then we can't use or buy anymore DLC, thus they can't make money. So, you'd think they be a bit nicer about it. But again, I won't hold it against him, I am sure he was tired as heck.
Lol, now I am tired and going to bed.

After an hour and 20 minutes I gave up and started playing. Figured I'd just try again tomorrow. I did however send a scathing email to EA's customer service explaining my problem and disappointment with their service. The reply I get? A robot thanking me for my interest in Blood Dragon Armor and how to install it.

Question, how do i know if im connected to the cerberus network.
I created an ea account a while back and linked my GT to it. but then i changed my GT's email to a new one i made, and i created the social network with that email and put in all the codes for it. So not only do i not know if my cerberus is working, i dont have my armor, im in chat now. but can someone tell me how i know if im connected to cerberus?

For the Xbox 360 at least, when you load up the game it will automatically connect to the Cerberus Network. There will be two "monitors" one on the left and one on the right. The right one is the Cerberus Network. Upon starting up it should say connecting to Cerberus on the right. Once it connects you should start seeing News updates, and it should say Connected to Cerberus Network on the top right.
If there is an error, it will clearly tell you before it does anything else. At least that is what happened with me the first time.
