wow, this is awesome, i get in the game and i have no cerberus AND my armor isnt there, it let me download it, but its not in the customization locker.

Yes I am...well i deserve it...like alot of us I have been at this 8+ hrs today. All I can say is keep at the Live Chat thing and tell them your E-mail over and over lol..and make sure they repeat to you EXACTLY what you want on the game. Dont DC until you see the content in the "downloadable content" menu in the Start screen. ( its in the "extras" menu option)

Good luck brother. Im trying to figure out how to get the Armor and weapons in-game now that i have them downloaded.

yeah that worked, but cerberus is down now, and when i went to put my armor on it wasnt there, even after i downloaded it. well got chat in 5 mins, hopefully i can fix this.

BAM!!! and its done...Okay before you have a brain bubble that almost kills you like I did...make sure after you chat with these guys you RESET your xbox once to see that you have the new content...then reset again and play the game...now for me, IF you already have started the game with on or more of these DLC then you had to have the EA guy give you new stuff....RESET again and load your saved game and chect the Private computer in "captains cabin" and check his Locker in his cabin too....go to armor and it should be there if you Scroll right on Armor option....Weapons should be in the Weapons locker....Not far from the Galaxy map.....Good luck

Hmmm, try chat again...I know the wait is round 30 mins but hey You paid for this crap man!! I dont think playing without Cerb Network will harm you any right now. Because people that dont buy the game new have to BUY cerb Network....they can buy it at any time so I think your cool....it just a Portal for you to DL DLC anywaYZ.

I signed up with the same email address used for my xbox live acct. I redeemed codes, then realized my acct wasn't linked. So I went to link and it says its already linked. I didn't realize I could redeem in game.



I've got 15 mins till live chat, is there no helping me or what?

 Really disappointed with this..

My brother and I play on the same Gamertag. He plays sports games, so he had a EA sports account attached to his e-mail, automatically putting our Gamertag under his email.

Now, I added the DLC under MY EA account that I created specially for DA and this game not knowing about his EA Sports account. Now we're screwed.

Shame on EA for this stupid mess.

thats true, and i always keep saved games. hehe, when i get in chat i should ask for collecter and inferno armor. =P

mine got dropped to, you not alone. we'll get em, just ask for collecter gear  hehe
