I can't find these 2 shards. How do I get to them? Have been trying to find ways to the topmost levels.

You need a mage in the party to energize a bridge, but other than that it should be straight forward. To get to the topmost levels you have to go over to the area where the cave with the spiders is. You should see and area that has some ladders down a bit... then more ladders that lead up.
