I always unlocked deft hands then any dialogue option increasing perks, only after that did I care about the rest. Personally unlocking deft hands is stupid, the rogues should already know how to pick locks or at least should be able to unlock deft hands with a single point not after 4 points. I suppose at least can shield bash a lot of the locked doors down prior to deft hands.
Stupidity (me), meet inquisition perks. Inquisition perks, meet stupidity (me.)

As much as I hated the locked doors I needed to get the extra dialogue options, I just had to have those first but after that I went back to every door that refused me and set my rogue on them.
Thanks for the mind blast/leaping shot tip!

That agents count as points in perks I did not realize until my 3rd playthrough, where I was mosre successful in hiring agents than previously. I wanted to hit the desk with my head once I realized it, after, like, 180 hours playing, lol.
The search funtion of the radar thing, yup, also, realized it on my 2nd playthrough.
Also, there were a lot of caves and places what I have only discovered on my 3rd, even in Hinterlands, I managed to find new places, evethough I thought that I have searched it all previously.

Also there is a shop in Zkyhold that sells influence, helped me unlock it sooner.
