MP is pretty much unplayable.
Sad.... but what can you do.

The only deal-breaking glitch I run into with any regularity is Templar Stalk-Stalks that stand around not realizing they're dead. That probably happens....one in four Templar runs? I occasionally get the winter wonderland rooms or crash to desktop but those seem exceedingly rare, once a day affairs at most for all-day gaming sessions.

It baffles me when the hyperbole comes out like this.
If it is unplayable, what the hell have we all been doing? Is this real life?

Hyprebole is fun. The multiplayer isn't literally unplayable but it certainly has A LOT of problems, both big and small, from a technical to a design standpoint. It's playable but its something I'm honestly hesitant to recommend to my friends. None of them are "fans" of the series, they never really played it, nor do any of them really play a single game too much, they just sort of dabble. DA:I is $60, I don't want to recommend them a game, knowing their overall interest level, so that we can play together only to have them witness the MP in the state it is now and feel bad when they feel like I had them waste their money.
To say the game is up to any sort of standards is hyperbole if you ask me.

Hardly a game breaker.

Its not unplayable, but Id definitely say its borderline laughable.

At this point, I'd settle for not getting "lost connection to session" on 50% or more attempts at using quick match.

Sadly, I run into it at a rate of 1 in 3 matches lol, just bad luck I guess.I've had the key glitch at most 5 times in approaching 200 hours of DAMP played.
Hardly a game breaker.

1 every 3 Templar matches or 1 every 3 matches?

I've only run into the key glitch about once or twice but have run into the outdoor area glitch about 5 times and the connect ssues are pretty bad.

Yeah, that matches my experiences. I'd guesstimate one in four which is pretty close. Worth noting, though, that 1/4 of the time against Templars means 1/12th of the time overall. Are you also on PC?

Since the release of the patch it only seems to be the Templars that cause the Key glitch but, I have a bad habit of getting Templars alot lol, makes me wish I could get the daemons.I've only run into the key glitch about once or twice but have run into the outdoor area glitch about 5 times and the connect ssues are pretty bad.

First game last night, we cleared Wave 5. Nothing happened. Host left.
Restart Wave 5, cleared Wave 5. Nothing happened. Host left.
Restart Wave 5, cleared Wave 5. We won. Finally.
Glad we ran out of bugs before we ran out of hosts.

good for you, I´ve played about 4 hours of MP before the patch from which half of the games I had lags or errors, now I can´t even join to mp without having terrible lags or disconects etc. Game is broken as hell, and it´s not on my side.

So you would play MP knowing that once you reach the door with the key you will not be able to open the door???
So you will not be able to finish the dungeon and get any XP for the progression of your toon??
No hyperbole..... the key bug makes the game unplayable in MP.
But thanks anyway. ![]()

I'm not following your logic.
Or that statement doesn't make any sense.
One or the other, or maybe both.

Forgot to mention... the bug where the area does not load is pretty much a deal breaker as well. ![]()

Okay let's rephrase if you guys want to be thick or obtuse.
You can play MP .... untill you hit the key bug and cannot finish the mission.
Yes you can play..... you can gather some gold.
Maybe find some items in chests.
But once you hit the key bug...... game over. And since you cannot finish the missions... you need to leave and lose all your progress...... so no XP.
Yes if you want to argue semantics..... you can play...... untill you hit the key bug. Which does make MP unplayable.
The same for the bug when the area does not load.

Lucky you.... I get it without fail.
The one time I did not get it.... the map/area did not load. We had these weird black and white shapes for a map.... and we would fall through the floor of we tried to go further.
