An account was banned falsely and want the Mods to unban it! The account accidently deleted itself and created a new one seeking help to have it restored somehow. In response, a mod banned the account/email address from forums. Does this make sense? I would like the account/email unbanned please.

My account was banned for reasons that doesn't make sense. Started like this:
A friend was on my laptop messing around and deleted my forums account for laughs. So I made another account using the same email and making a forum asking for help to restore the previous account. Then a Mod banned me for making an account to circumvent a ban made on the account.
So the account/email is perm. banned from forums. The same email I use to buy/play da & me games. I cleared up my schedule to replay them an share my experiences but how can I when I am being banned for something that doesn't make sense. Is asking for help or a restore on an account get you banned? Just makes me lose interest in playing these games.
The account name at first was Magick and the last forum I remember making was posting tarot cards for DAI in august/September. The new account became Altus C, both sharing the same email, got banned.

Made a forum telling what happened and requested some assistance restoring my previous account because I invested a lot of my time. Then I get banned for creating another account to circumvent a ban? I was never banned in the first place but accidently deleted my account so why am I getting ban for a ban that never happened and why am I getting banned in the first place?
Does this seem fair to anyone or make sense? I buy bioware games, use forums to share experiences with others and get banned for circumventing a ban that does not exist or never happened. All I want is for my account that I use to play DA & ME to be unbanned so I wont have to constantly use another email to use BSN. That's all I want.

Did you have a significant amount of warning points?
If so, deleting the account and remaking a new one could be seen as circumventing the moderation actions to avoid escalating punishment (like say a ban that might have come next if you had accumulated a sufficient amount of warnings to warrant that step).

Alright I will actually cut you some slack and make a suggestion. I don't know if they'll handle the Bioware Forum side of things but you can try emailing accountdisputes@ea.com about this. Maybe they can help you out. Have fun.
