Personally I would like to see Oghren or Alistair. However, I bet we will see Sebastian or someone like Isabella

Morrigan (of course), Shale, and ironically, Isabella (she always made me laugh). Wouldn't mind Aveline or
Alistair. That's it, though. I like all Bioware's characters, but usually once I'm done with a game, I'm done. The only ones I'd like to see again from DAI are Cass and Solas.

Yeah Morrigan would be great, but it's wierd for the people who romanced her with their Warden I think because it gets strange  seeing her without the warden ever or their kid.

True which is why as much as I would like to get into another adventure with her, I wouldn't want her as a companion to any other hero except the Warden.

True which is why as much as I would like to get into another adventure with her, I wouldn't want her as a companion to any other hero except the Warden.

 Which is why I secretly hope they will do a small DLC involving the warden.

Merrill would be my top choice, I'd love to see how she's come into her own since DAII, and all the new revelations about ancient elven culture seem tailor-made for her. Having the Awakening Wardens return would be nice, as well as Isabela, Ariane or Aveline.

I wouldn't object to most characters coming back, but I'd really love to see Aveline, Nathaniel and Velanna again. I'd never say no to more Morrigan and Alistair, either (preferably together).

Sten as the Arishok, though I have no clue why we'd ever see him if we weren't in Par Vollen ourselves. Maybe next game.

The problem with a lot of the companions from DAO and DAO:A is that they can be dead. So unless Bioware retcon-zombies a few of them like they did with Leliana, a paid DLC would be problematic to implement many of the old companions.

Some more of the DA2 cast need to be thrown a bone I think. 

 

I'd like the Warden to get one too, so I'm kind of hoping there's some sort of DLC revolving around their new quest which would be a good opportunity to bring back some absent characters like Zevran, and for not-so-absents like Morrigan and Leliana. But that's just like my opinion.

Well Hawkes LI first and foremost, maybe and/or Bethany or Carver. Arishok (aka Sten stick in the mud)...and uh..oh yea the f****** awakening wardens at least Velanna idc about Sigrun tbh....oh and also Jenaka if you sided with her cuz there was just something off in the way she said "Thank you Hawke, I feel like a whole new person." Idk about anyone else but the way she said that rubbed me the wrong way I wanna know wtf she's up to lol.

Anders, Nathaniel, Zevran, Oghren, Merril, Tallis (she could be a main companion in the next game, right?) and Fenris. Morrigan should be in every single game.
