I'd like to see Merrill show up again, and it would certainly make sense in the context of the DAI story so far. Would also love more Isabela/Aveline banter, regardless of whether or not it makes any story sense whatsoever.

 

I really doubt the Warden will ever make an on-screen appearance like Hawke, since they'd have to add voice acting and it could be pretty disconcerting for people who didn't imagine their Warden having that particular kind of sound. Just makes me wish DAO had a voiced protagonist too.

....sebastian (don't kill me!), Ariane and Finn, Nathaniel Howe and oghren, shale (after asunder just WTH is she up to?) and, even though it's very unlikely, the surviving hawke sibling assuming one is still alive in your WS. I dislike her, but Tallis showing up would be interesting if it related to the Qunari. As for sebastian things are...interesting...with him right now depending on your choices and i could see some story events happening surrounding him

I think something needs to happen surrounding Hawlke and the LI since it didn't happen in DA:I, even if it's only something background. It'll be hard though with some major events going on in Weisshaupt for there not to be some kind of actual appearance.

 

I'm also not sure how they're going to implement a Warden appearance given the now voiced nature of the game and the fact that some Wardens are dead.

I'd rather just see brand new companions. I don't like companions being constantly reused/cameos throughout the DA series. Thedas is pretty big no?

However I'd take Ser Barris or Scout Harding as DLC companions for sure. Maybe even playable Leliana/Josie/Cullen or Morrigan for a certain mission akin to LotsB.

The entire awakening party in a warden-centric DLC is at the top of my list. 

 

Shale, Zevran, and Ari-Sten are also up there. 

 

I'd like to see Merrill and Isabela return.

 

Justice, I'd want the chance to redeem him if possible and mercifully destroy him if not.

But to keep on topic. Hawke's LI should be priority. That Frostbite engine makeover alone would have me throw money at them faster then a Steam winter sale.

Leliana tells us early on in Inquisition that the wardens of Ferelden and Orlais have both vanished, yet the main quest involving wardens is only about the Orlesian wardens. I'd like to see what the awakening cast and the rest of the fereldan wardens are up to.
