So, my first play through i was a mage; it was staff or staff. but now on my second playthrough i chose to be a bow rogue only to realize, i can be a dual blade rogue at any time i want... and i have access to those abilities.

so my question, is there really a difference between the 2? i mean if i started as a bow rogue but found 2 awesome daggers, does switching to that becoming the same as if i started as a dual wielding rogue or am i missing some stats?

also, is there a way to undo my specialization?

cheers!

1.) There are amulets for sale at either Haven or Skyhold to reset your skill points.

2.) From my relatively minimal experience, dual wielders tend to soak up potions like crazy and archers generally do not.

You can switch anytime without repercussions. Your choice in the beginning only affects your starting abilities (which get refunded with the respec amulet) and a few loot drops before you reach Haven.

Enjoy switching and tinkering :)
