OK drinking from the well If I choose myself over Morrigan who obviously lied again to me, what are the repercusions? Also what is the price I offered to pay Mythal?

You are bound to the service of Mythal and you get to summon a dragon to fight Corypheus, beyond that, it is unknown atm
