I have a question about the armors ingame. i'm wondering if any of these armors exist on any form or did they just never get past the concept art phase?

The one on the left is the Proweler / battlemage / battlemaster mail armor.. The rest.. not so much.

No, I can attest to the fact that the one on the far right do not exist.

 

Battlemaster Armor varient (the one that is supposed to be the heavest one but doesn't look that way) resembles it a little bit, especially the boots part,

but that shoulder guard and helm definitely do not exist.

While that exact shoulder guard doesn't exist, something relatively similar does exist, battlemaster mail arms. These are a random t3 drop as such it's hard to actually get hold of craftables.

 

The closest you will get to those armours in the game afaik is:

 

1. Battlemaster Mail Obsidian (black) Battlemaster armour arms and legs, helm of the inqusitor, also in obsidian

2. Prowler armour, Prowler armour arms, Prowler coat legs, a cowl. again Obsidian to make black.

3. Battlemaster armour, Battlemaster mail arms and Battlemaster armour legs. Silverite for colour. Also a helm of the inquistior.

It's possible to build all three of those armors (kinda, it's concept art) but some of them require cross-class crafted armor schematics and using sub optimal mix and match arms legs.
