Has anyone figured out how to get Hawke to appear in the Keep yet? I've tried everything in the tutorial. Made sure my account was connected in the Options menu. There are no mods installed. I tried unequipping an item and saving. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Nothing works.
This is absolutely ridiculous. The game has been out for month, and I still don't have any way to import my characters. This should have been resolved before the game was ever released. I'm utterly appalled at the utter lack of professionalism Bioware has displayed here. They should really just stop telling people that they can import their characters at all because this Keep is total garbage.
