Introducing a new playable race in the game, you would think Bioware would have better. Out of all 4 races, why did Bioware throw the Qunari under the bus like this? I really wanted to make a Qunari mage but now I'm having second thoughts. Anybody else pissed about this?
What's up with the lack of Qunari Armor?

It's annoying i agree, but NPC's and world around you recognise your race so it's not that game braking. If i've been put before a choice - to have a unique armor for qunari or world's awareness of qunari race i would have agreed to sacrifice some armors anyway.

A full finished game would give us both customization and awareness. I disagree with the last minute Qunari option. We pay good money for a complete finished no strings attached game. I'm not talking bugs, I'm talking content. Aside from the future DLC of course. Adding Qunari was a big step. Not giving proper customization was a step down.

I think qunari was an unexpected feature for DAI. Early, even before DAI announce, devs wanted to have only one playable race (human) and changed it due to player's high demand.
This explains a lot

There is one qunari armor set. Warrior only. Dunno where it is though.
That said, I really would've preferred if they had left the qunari out if they were going to half-ass them. The horns look great... the hair... not so much... Then there is the fact that the qunari male is so grossly out of proportion it is sickening to see. And he clips through everything because nothing is made that accommodates his insanely wide neck. Even the biege pjs he clips out of...
Then again, they barely got the elves working. And half the time they end up with mangled animations because they're using the human (I assume) animations on a 3d model that is too small for them. Poor elves all suffer from locked elbows and twisted fingers half the time.
