I just finished the Fade and talked with Morrigan about the Eluvian. Afterwards I decided to ask about her past. So she mentions having a love, and a child, and she mentions that her husband is the Hero of Fereldan. She also said that the person is a "He." Now.....this confused me because my world state has Morrigan not having any child, and the HOF is also a female, elf. So..........yeah.......my immersion has been completely stomped on right now. I have also noticed other things going on that I did not choose(Dagna being an enchanter, even though the Fereldan circle was destroyed), but I thought nothing of them, or that I just remembered incorrectly. But I guess it is just a broken transfer system. Please fix the keep. Please fix the world states. Please fix the Bioware profiles and persona/game combination errors. Please fix it all.

Other than that the game is great so far, but I have to say my enthusiasm and immersion has been pretty much killed.

Multiple people have reported having conflicting comments regarding the Warden. It seems like it would have to be an import issue or a problem with Inquisition.

Dagna always shows up.

You should post what your system is. I've had no problems with my imports, so it's not necessarily the Keep's fault. It may be your system.

Since default world state is the Warden is dead, I am going to go out on a limb and guess you stabbed Morrigan? Apparently getting stabbed with a dagger gives Morrigan memory issues (bug in DAI). At least I have seen other people mention that before...

Yeah, Bioware needs to be on top of this. This save transfer debacle is just becoming more and more annoying.

Especially considering one of the two main reasons for moving to the Keep was because of all the bugs involved in importing saves.

I've had no problems in transferring. Are you sure you are using the correct worldstate? Look at it in the keep and see what it says

Similar issue happened to me.  I'm not very impressed with the Keep at this point.  Going to have to re-roll a character that is 10 hours deep.  Ugh

Yes it is correct it is the process that is broken, either the Keep or the game. As I have said before, my current world state through Inquisition lists  the Warden as Female. Morrigan says the person is male in the game. But if I look at any text regarding the warden it says that the Hero of Fereldan is a female. I have already checked and double checked. It is Bioware's transfer system.

Check the Playthrough worldstate not the one you made for export

No, that is probably a bug in DAI as if you stab Morrigan, the game misinterprets it as the Warden going through the mirror (which only male wardens can do so the corresponding lines result in Morrigan saying the Warden is male).

Unlike some other people in this thread who went ahead and blamed the OP themselves - I'm going to assume the following:

- The active world state you imported has the gender set correctly;

- The world state you meant to import was active at the time you chose 'Import' and also really was exported to DA:I.

I'm also going to assume that the game doesn't update the world state mid-game. Otherwise I'm going to heavily glare at the programmers. That includes things like the Keep using an different SQL-table then DA:I got programmed for (resulting in 'fetch'-mismatches).

In case the first two are true as well as the third and the fourth, there's an connection bug between input and output - in other words, action>reaction got programmed wrong.

In case one of the first two isn't true but 3 and 4 are, shame on you.

In case the first two are true but three and four aren't, Bioware must go on a bughunt.

In case both in the first set of two as well as in the last set of two there's at least one error - good luck, and shame on you both.

I haven't had much issue with my 360. I think it may vary. I personally ddn't have a problem with the Keep, so it's probably just a few bugs BW needs to iron out. Since it is something new, I think with time it will be perfected. I have noticed a few others saying they've had some issues with the Keep as well.

Goody for you. Multiple people have reported characters giving conflicting, mutually exclusive information about the Warden. Either the importing process or Inquisition itself has problems.

Are they sure they got the correct worldstate? Thats one of the things that goes tricky

I've experienced a similar issue, and yes it was using the correct worldstate.

History was, male Cousland: romanced Leliana, married Anora, did ritual with Morrigan and stabbed her in Witch Hunt. The game believed he was in an active relationship with Morrigan and Leliana. His letter indicated he was in a relationship with Morrigan.

His codex entry correctly stated he was married to Anora and Loghain also backed that up, but didn't know where the Warden was. Both Leliana and Morrigan offered to get in contact with the Warden for the war table mission.

Some people said they solved it by creating another. Something about how the first is default and does odd things.

IDK, I'd be annoyed if it hadnt worked for me

I repeat: conflicting, mutually exclusive information. As in one NPC will say the Warden is male and another will say the Warden is female.

My first game set up my choices and origins hero was a mage upload and play inquisition and all the choices I made were uploaded correctly but the hero was changed to a dwarf.

My second game set up my choices and double checked before I uploaded it get 20 hours in and find out all the choices were how I set them up but the hawke is the opposite sex of how I set it up.

Both times after I notice a mistake I log into my keep to see my choices and the keep shows how it is in inquisition not how I originally set it up.  The first game I thought OK maybe I screwed up and set the wrong hero.  The second game I double and triple checked before I uploaded.  Oh and I am playing on the PS4

The game apparently misinterprets stabbing Morrigan as going through the mirror with her (which implies being in a relationship with her). That can cause some weirdness.

Ugh, I'm so thrilled that it's only a case of game bug crazy for Morrigan and not an actual world state issue. Still annoyed Morrigan is delusionally happy though; hate her.

My poor female Warden. First Leliana's bugged to insist they're dating and that marrying Alistair is some huge violation of the relationship I kept telling her didn't exist. And now Morrigan insists she's a he and they were in love. DA:O ladies, you have issues.
