I redeemed my code with my EA account. My emails are both the same. I redeemed the code at masseffect.com. Followed the instructions. It only gives me the one for PC/MAC. The card I was given was for XBOX 360 not for PC. But, it still redeemed me for PC/MAC. The believe the cards are faulty in this issue. The simple fix is to just release the Terminus armor and weapons on xbox and for go the redeeming cards. My vote is to just release the Terminus gear on xbox as a free download.

The same thing is happening w/ the collectors edition armor

I was able to download it on my 360, but cant access it in game. The card says you'll get a message at your private terminal ( the one by the galaxy map ) and i checked that one and the one in my quarters. I did it both on the game i had started before entering the code, and then again after it didnt show up, i started over to see if maybe that was the problem, but it's still not there.



Apparently people are having so many problems with the cerberus network and any pre order/CE content not showing up, i'll just be glad i can even play the game at this point.
