I preordered the regular ME2 and activated the Cerebrus network through this website. My first problem is that when I log into the game, it's not recognizing that I have cerebrus network activated and when I try to re-put the code in in-game it's saying the code is already in use. Secondly, the preorder bonus armor and weapon code is giving me this error when I try to put it in the redeem code section in this website: Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly.
Unable to redeem code.
This is really annoying, please help.

Ok well still no help with the terminus armor code but I think the cerebrus network isn't activated because my xbox live account email is different from the e-mail I have registered to my EA account. Did I screw myself over $12 by following the instructions on the card rather than just inputting it through the game?
