Now I'm officially desperate!
I knew that we don't have any ways to export and import the headmorph.
I was going to create a same-named character and replace the early save by the same save from an old PT. But it's not working!
What I did:
-started a new PT with a same class and same name character, did not bother with CC
-went thought the intro, right up to the moment where we get outside the gates
-saved.
-exit
-took my old u001 save and renamed it
-pasted my renamed old save into the save folder
The save names look like this: DAISAVE-U001-3B8A5F41 (with no '-'s)
'U001' is a user save index number
the latter part is some sort of PT-ID, but a mere change of string in a file name does not seem to work. Game ignores it and I can't understand why I only see two autosaves in a load menu.
The old save is 100% not corrupted.
Does it perform a checksum for each of the save files? Does it care for the initial creation date instead of just picking the proper file name? Do the saves need to have 100% matching coordinates (=exactly same spot on the map)? Does it have anything to do with a paranoid Denuvo and it's anti-temper protection?
I want my new PT! And I want it now, not when someone comes up with a save-editor or a face-code feature in the patches.
Could anyone please help me?
ps: and before anyone suggested deleting all the saves and playing my new PT from an old save - I don't want to. I really don't. I need my new PT with my own char.
