It doesn't have to be the next one but my hope is that you eventually get to be a Warden, perhaps eventually the First Warden overseeing Wiesshaupt Fortress and the Grey Wardens in the Final Blight.
I would love for a more fleshed out Stronghold system were you can really customize the Castles and Fortresses.
A deeper "war" system with actual commands and orders to be given to your Forces.
A story spanning a couple of decades to really give the flavor of a "true" Blight. Also getting to see the far ranges of your choices (Oh BTW those choices you made over the last 10 year? They had a cascading effect and Nevarra is safe but Fereldan is gone).
