does any one know who can repair the ruined blade ?

 

• Collect the shattered pieces of the Sulevin Sword.
• Recover four sword pieces.
• Bring the pieces of the sword to someone who can repair it.

I have done what it is required , and am stuck at the last step , bring the peices of the sword to someone who can repair it , quest marker shows you its in skyhold undercroft , but I went there , nothing I can do to repair it , not even the NPC there helps

You may have to do something at the war table. Idk if you are there yet, but you recruit a second person to work at the undercraft. I think she fixes it.

Dagna is the one that repairs it (the lady dwarf you have come in after you unlock Skyhold). I'm pretty sure you should have her in the Undercroft by this point.

They have to do the "quest" at the war table to bring her to skyhold

you must talk to dagna in the undercroft, she will make it for you.

 

In order to get Dagna you must first unlock her by doing "The Arcanist" war table operation on the fereldan side of the table
