If you gear and spec/build a warrior right (picking up guard abilities, going Champion/Blackwall, and having the W&S passives) the warrior can be just as unkillable as a KE.
Actually Champions are more survivable then a KE especially when everything goes south with multiple mobs (however they certainly do not kill as quickly). Farming groups of mobs several levels above my AI impaired group on Nightmare can be done comfortably with a Champion (it is however very gear dependant compared to a KE). I would give my left marble for Shape shifter and Spirit Healer options in the game...
