Pre-ordered retail collectors of ME2. I put the Cerberus code in on the site, and it's saying I didn't activate it in game and when I put in the code, it says it's already in use.

Hehehe...popped over to the EA Support chat line to ask about it there. Currently 226 in queue, with an estimated wait time of 23 minutes, 44 seconds. I shouldn't be surprised at either the issues or lack of an official response. Same thing happened with Dragon Age when it released, just wish that EA/Bioware would have learned the lesson.
