Please bring back auto attack function, having to constantly mash mouse1 or R ruins the game for me, I cant play this game as it is for more 5 minutes in its current state.

I so want to play it, but that missing function alone is a game killer...

I play in Tac Cam for almost all combat. I get auto-attack

I agree, though it can be difficult for disabled people.

 

Still, playing in tac-cam solves the problem for now. Hopefully they will patch it in a la DA2.

If there was one thing from DA2 that I never thought would make a comeback, that was it. I thought that something that they had to patch day 1 to appease their customers before would be listed in a checklist somewhere.

Frankly, I'm getting used to not having auto attack.It does add some human element to the game. You miss an attack and you're pissed off. So then you learn not to miss attacks and the scheme actually becomes enjoyable. I remember being extremely annoyed trying to kill the Arishok on nightmare and having my character attack rather than kite and get impaled on that ****ing sword.

The Crew at the Edmonton are currently on vacation and won't bother patching or fixing anything else because this is what Bioware is now since the docs left and full EA control.

I got used to holding down left click. If they do add auto-attack I hope it is optional.

 

I prefer holding down the left mouse button. You can close with holding W.
