I've searched this forum and Google, but I can't seem to find a way to delete any characters.

Where and how can I do that?

What does delete a character even mean? It's not like the game saves all potentially created characters so you can choose from a list next time you start a game.

From the Menu, Click "Load", click on Switch Characters, Delete Character. Not that hard. Otherwise click Load, and delete each individual save. Another way is to go do Documents, Bioware, Dragon Age Inquisition, Saves, and delete the contents of the folder.
