I must have accidently passed over part of a cutscene or something, because...Joker can walk now?!? In the cutsene where he first appears and is reunited with Commander Shepard, they're both walking around, walking to the Normandy, etc.
Does this get explained later, or did I simply miss a comment and it was part of Cerberus' package deal?

What are you all talking about? Joker CAN Walk. He even explains that he can when you talk to him. It's just if he falls or anything he could get a serious fracture.

True, he just has great difficulty walking. He's not an invalid, he simply needs to be extra careful.
