so i can see a ! but it leaves me ? cause i'm either blind or it's bugged  :huh:

You should go around in the battlements (close to the exclamation mark) and find the doors that will lead underneath the surface. There you will find a map (if I remember correctly) and something else... I hope this can help you!

One of those should be a map and the other a quest giver. Those ramparts have quite confusing layouts.

Actually all of this is part of the reclaiming the ramparts quest line..

 

You go to the ramparts right by your first camp and complete that > go to fort revasen > claim victory rise and so forth.

I really hated the ramparts! I had no clue on the map on how to get out of them!

I jus find out in my second gameplay that there are doors leading to a small basement levels down that exclamation marks.

Just remember that if such markers can not be found on the same ground level, it's either elevated or underground / below ground level. Also relax and not get too uptight when first attempt lands nothing (why is it not there?!!#@!!!!). If possible find a vantage point and study the terrain. Never assume it's a straight path.
