@Lianaar As I said, if you think your child is mature enough to handle certain themes in a game, then they should play the game.

I disagree. Obviously everyone thinks they are mature enough. The biggest insult you can tell anyone, may this person be 2 or 90, that they are not mature enough to do something. I am just saying, there is a very strong reason the game is rated. I never saw anyone saying: hey, I am not mature enough to do something (including me, I never thought I wouldn't be mature, but obviously I was wrong at times and I was right at times.)

My statement however was: usually closed minded people are more strict on age rated games and their kids. It is not even an universally applicable rule, as it contains the word: usually.

I'm 16 and I know that everyone in this world are assholes...

Myself included. 

I also know that this world will give you a swift kick in the ass and when you think you can take it on you get chewed up and spit out faster than you can say "Try again." 

Age beyond a certain point matters not, only experience.

 

I'm at school and bored so I have nothing better to do. So I'll post here... for now. We just completed testing for English. 

 

I propose Schools shouldn't have Wireless internet. Only ASDL and cable Internet only usable by PCs.

 

Oh wait, now it's impossible to stop this Internet everywhere madness.

They first started issuing school laptops when I was in 10th grade I think. It really didn't do much to improve teaching and was used by students (myself included) mainly to play online games and talk to people on Myspace.

 

It felt awesome at the time but I look back on it now and wish I'd shut the lid and paid attention in class. Perhaps you'll feel the same when you're a little older.
