I have waited in the cue three times and everytime I get to the first spot it freezes! 

What can I do? and ive been on the phone for 50 minutes!!! Any suggestions?

good its not just me ive been booted from live chat waited from 65th place 35 min and ive been on the phone after a while music gets crazt not sure if im still on hold

theres a post for it no point tho its swamped i was on there when it said longest wait time 13 min then it disconnected me now its constant more than 20 min
