North East corner of the map there's a cave that leads you to a wooden door that pronouces itself "locked from the other side".  I've found no way past this thing.  About the only thing I have yet to do is the flooded tunnels area and the dragon (which I can't do yet)...

 

It seems pretty rediculous that the flooded tunnels on the far west of the map would exit/unlock soemthing on the far east of the map however, so I'm just utterly lost.  There's supposedly a Mosaic piece up here and a Zone Exit, but I can't get to either of them.  I did defeat the rift that was up that way, but I still can't find a way either to unlock that door (how to get to the other side of it) or where the Mosaic piece / zone exit is.

 

Help?  Assuming spoilers are limited to information in this zone only, I don't mind spoilers.

Ok, do the flooded cave quest which makes you go in to close a rift.  On the way there, you will see a bash door.  To the right of that "bash" there is a door you can open.  There is a mosaic piece and artifact in there.  If you keep going you will get an exit area ladder, which if you use and continue on you will get to your locked cave

Yea, it seems that I'm wrong.  While rediculous that the flooded tunnels on the far west of the map would exit to/unlock something on the far east of the map, that does, indeed, seem to be the case.
