How do I turn in the quest stuff to the Dalish? Do I do that on the war table?

there's a box in the clan area next to the lady (to her right). That's where you turn in the ingredients.

That's for another quest. The OP said he was doing the Knight's Tomb quest. He needs to talk to the Keeper.

ah, well I saw they needed to "turn in ingredients" so I figured the box. Yea need to talk to keeper.

Sometimes the keeper is not in the camp, and the quest marker might show that he's in a boulder far away. If that is the case, you would just have to leave and come back later. Lots later, in my case.

A save and reload usually fixes that.
