Nothing ever happens with Storm Bringer. Not once has there been any random lightning action in a fight.

 

Also, Grappling Chain doesn't drag the enemy to me more than half the time. I watched a YouTube video on a game console, and there it was working just fine. In fact, it was freaking BOSS. The guy was even dragging Rage Demons to him.

 

Also, someone on this forum told me using Dispel Magic on frozen targets is supposed to do spirit damage. That doesn't happen for me either.

I play on PC without patches and I see the lightening bolts often.

I find that grappling chain needs the button to be held down, but I play with a controller so perhaps it's different for mouse and keyboard. Regardless the chain does not always work for me, but I am unsure if it's user error or not (I've only tried it on Bull, so don't have much practice with it).
