Because I swear the Superb Battlemaster Armor schematic was in the Hissing Waste's shop inventory last night.  I didn't have enough money for it, so I went adventuring a bit so I could save up enough money.  Just went back today, and it's no longer there.  Do the items you get by unlocking the "Short List" perk only show up once or something?  0o

 

I've also noticed a couple other shops who were affected once I got that perk have their inventory change just about every time I look.  If I can't get the schematic from the Hissing Waste shopkeep anymore - where can I get it? o0

That schematic is part of the short list perk and they do rotate.
