1) The Western Approach "Draconology" quest is bugged for me. I've completed all relevant actions, up to and including killing the Abyssal High Dragon and recruiting Frederic. But yet, on both the map and the Journal, the quest is still active with the "Find Frederic" hint displaying.
2) The vault quest in Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. This is the bigger one. I'm well out of the Winter Palace now, but this one is stuck on my HUD and nothing I can do will make it go away. I've tried reloading earlier saves, making different quests active and inactive, rebooting...nothing. It's still there, cluttering my display regardless of where I go or what I try to put in its place.
