They're saying you're a hypocrite because of your profile picture, and they're right.  You're clearly lacking a lot of confidence if you have to make that your profile pic.

If anything, they should add a sorta romance with an unromanced hawke so people could create their own romance option.

This would have been amusing, especially if it was with sarcastic Hawke. Of course, it would no doubt create a deluge of complaints about Hawke being a companion you can romance in this game before an unromanced Leliana, which leads me to believe that it would be a stellar idea XD

Typically, a man showing their body (or woman) denotes a sense of compensation, whether it's because of physically or mentally lacking in certain areas.

 

But you've stated you're a bit inebriated, so this will all go over your head.

The only romanceable character that I'd characterize as ugly is Sera.

 

Cassandra, Josephine, Cullen, Blackwall, Solas, Iron Bull... all of them are alright, some of them are beautiful/handsome, even.

 

Leliana is beautiful. Morrigan even moreso.

 

Damn Morrigan is gorgeous in this game.

EDIT: They're all pretty attractive and have their own appeals. I adore Iron Bull, and not because of his VA.

Cause the way these forum users think if you say Viv is ugly you have no taste, you are racist etc....  Seriously people here jump at the chance to try and disprove someone else's opinion on how a game character looks.  Cass while still pretty, she as a jawline that grew to double the normal size she had in DA2 over the last 7-10 years. Dorian has a great personality but a horrible mustache and an equally bad haircut. Josie is very sweet and very pretty, but her mouth reminds me of that scene where Hannibal Lecter says he's going to eat a liver with farva beans. Blackwall is great but he's got one of those hipster craft beer drinker beards. Sera's face just looks odd Solas has a buttchin and no hair. reminds me of nosferatu.  The only physically attractive people in the game(to me and alot of others it seems) are not romance options and those are Leliana, Morrigan and Scout Harding.  It's all a matter of prospective and by people saying "Dude you're dumb these people are hawt" it won't go anywhere productive.

2 things.

1) Solas' buttchin indent was made by something pointy.

2) Dorians' mustache is totally lickable, I dunno whats wrong with you =3

I actually like that all of the characters are fully armored, a little dirty, a little gritty. It puts more of the focus on their personality, and the writing that went into them.

I couldn't agree more. It's war. It's a very dirty civil war. Almost everyone is either dirty or scarred, or both. Except for my Inquisitor after the patch, but that's a different story.
And when I saw Cullen the first time I though "geeze, is the guy sick or something?". Then I progressed in the game... His complexion and Cassandra's scar really are brilliant touches in the general storytelling.
The main purpose of characters shouldn't be to look attractive: they should fit the story. Then they can also look attractive, by all means, but the standard supermodel lady warrior with perfect skin has always made me giggle a bit. But I guess it's a matter of personal taste.

How is my Dalish elf supposed to continue her Solas romance without thinking of this and laughing her head off all the time?

 

Also, Josephine is cute, but her dress sense is appalling. Her golden outfit makes my teeth tingle.

 

 

As it is, I agree, that for hetero males, there are no overtly sexy love interests in the game. Perhaps Bioware got too much flak about Isabela and Miranda. Perhaps they just wanted to try out something different or perhaps they overestimated the maturity of some of their customers...

I wound up finding Cassandra quite attractive which surprised me. And Viv has always been hot. On the guys side there's Dorian and... Well there's Dorian. Though I would like to note that there is literally absolutely no reason on this earth or, indeed, the universe for why the characters should  be attractive.
