After putting a lot of thought into this particular topic, I have come up with some feasible ideas. Feel free to add your own to this list. Here are a few.
Specializations:
Blood Mage. Pretty self explanatory. This has always been my favorite mage class, and was missing from SP. This specialization has a ton of potential for MP.
Duelist. Able to finally wield swords as a rouge again.
Spirit Healer. I understand that this would seriously undermine the Keepers and the barrier spell, but I miss my healers SOOO much.
Grey Wardens? This one is a bit of a stretch, as it is quite generic. They could choose a specific class such as warrior, and throw in some blood abilities made available through Avernus in Origins.
Enemy Factions:
Dragons. Using Drakes, Dragonlings, not quite matured dragons, and a High Dragon as the commander would be amazing. You could even throw in some Reavers to support the Dragon hordes.
Darkspawn. Once again, using all of the Darkspawn enemy types that are missing from the SP campaign, you could create a very nice enemy faction. Maybe an Armored Ogre, or even an intelligent Emissary as the commander.
Carta. The Carta has a fairly wide variety of enemy types to make it a viable faction for MP. Though it might not be the most interesting of factions, it does offer some variety.
Qunari. I miss fighting these not-so-jolly giants. Assuming that Bioware used a bit of variety to finally add some rouge (Ben Hassrath) Qunari to their ranks, then this would be a fantastic faction. It has already been stated that Saarebas wields magic that is very different from your run of the mill Circle Mage.
Once again, feel free to add your own ideas to the list. I am excited to see MP expand, and I sincerely hope to see some, if not all of these in future DLCs.
