I'm still finishing my canon play through but this is what I have so far:

Leopold Tevelyan

 

Main Storyline.
- Human male, Two-handed Warrior with Templar specialization, reached level 24 with 91 hours played.

- Not a fan of organized religion, but keeps an open mind about the maker and the elven gods.
- Recruited the mages as allies
- Managed to save everyone except Minaeve during the assault on Haven.
- Stroud wanted a Grey Warden to make up for the Order's mistakes, Leopold did not object.
- Allowed the Grey Wardens to stay in Orlais.
- Blackmailed Celene, Gaspard and Briala into working for the Inquisition.

- Completed the Elven Ritual at the Temple of Mythal.

- Leopold drank from the well himself, he did not trust Morrigan.

- Uber-Hardened Leliana became the new Divine. (Killed Marjolaine, Remained silent, Killed Natalie)

Conscripted Alexius as a magical researcher.

Had Poulin use her money to rebuild town. She was pragmatic and her actions probably saved the entire town from slavery.

Gave Samson to Dagna

Fell in love with Josephine

Retrieved Blackwall from prison, gave him to Wardens after crisis is over.

Leliana is new Divine after minor hardening.

Sera still in inquisition despite major disagreements

Drank from Well of Sorrows, refused offer from ancient elves since they didn't want to be reasonable.

Cole more spirit like

Helped Cullen to kick the habit, he's no longer a field operative, he's a commander, and commanders can have downtime.

Helped VIvienne with wyvern heart, despite fundamental disagreements over circles

Saved Hawke, left Loghain. I respected the man despite his utter *wrongness* in Origin, and when you finally convince him to respect you, I felt it a waste to kill him. I would have preferred Loghain to live, but I couldn't have pictured a better way for him to atone than allowing the party to escape so the Wardens could have another chance at rebuilding from their mistakes. Something he knew all too well. I hope he survives the Fade.

I think my canon is a male dalish rogue. It is by far the best pairing of voice acting to character imo. It fits perfectly. It could have been the female dalish, but I really don't think the British female VA is very good at all, and the American one just doesn't fit imo.

- Not sure about being the Herald, and exasperated with people asking her about it

- Blackmailed everyone in the court. Gaspard and Florianne are dead. Celene rules the empire. This choice was heavily influenced by Vivienne.

 

- Grey Wardens are exiled. Even Blackwall.

- Vivienne is the new divine. She's got a head for hats.

My personal canon Inquisitor is also my first. I'll replay her at some time with only minor adjustments. This list includes the adjustments:

 

Maelyn Trevelyan, human mage (more about her, including pictures, in my diary thread linked in my sig)

 

*Completely non-Andrastian, doesn't believe in the Maker and believes people should be less dependent on gods.

*Consistently denies she's the herald of anything, but otherwise isn't intrusive about her non-belief.

*Allies with mages and sets them free

*As a rule, trusts (hardened) Leliana to oversee important strategic operations (focused on the Secrets branch)

*Supports Celene/Briala.

*Supports Stroud's decision to stay behind in the Fade

*Accepts the Wardens as allies.

*Makes Dorian talk with his father - doesn't know the outcome.

*Kicks Sera out of the Inquisition at some point

*Helps Cullen overcome his lyrium addiction.

*Supports Cole becoming more human

*Helps Solas' friend

*Has Leliana steal the assassin's contract in order to help Josephine

Dalish Elf mage. Knight Enchanter - soley for the crossovers to Arcane warriors of elven lore.

Less creator-focused, definitely isn't Andrastian, but doesn't grate on those who are.

Sided with the Mages, full Alliance.

Stroud left in the Fade. Wardens kept.

Celene still on the throne, Duchess and Gaspard dead - Briala reconciled.

Drank from the Well of Mythal.

Unhardened Leliana as Divine.

Dorian romanced, Reconciled with his Father.

Chargers retreat, Qun alliance fails.

Conscripted Nobleman's lands and force him to work for Inquisition. Sera befriended

Saved Solas' friend and Circle Mages, highly respected.

Found the Seekers, Cassandra reforms.

Gave Vivienne a false heart - all thoughts of her practical uses lost amongst her Chantry rhetoric, and busybody attitude.

Assassin's dealt with Peacefully, Josephine happy.


Cullen not on Lyrium, Samson's armor Destroyed.

Red Lyrium rooted out and Destroyed, Talked Varric and Bianca down with lovely humor.

Cole made more Human, Change is good - Cole ecstatic that binding attempts failed during final conflict.

Blackwall saved, all mementos of the Warden's found, given to the Wardens with pride.

Alliance with Qun denied, Heathen Oxmen. Bull was kepy though, being a chl bro.

Cole made human, because - spirits bad yo.

Sera allowed to kill noble, cookies on the roof later.

Josephine's assassin's handled violently, still maintaines good relationship.

Leliana Hardended as the new Divine.

Vivienne goes Unrecruited - too many mages as is.

Solas's friend killed, no attempt to help, mages saved - Mike tyson's punchout ensues.

Drank from the Well, because - Mages shouldn't have that power. Despite elfy-elfy nonsense.

Celene is alive, all of them blackmailed to work together.

Loghain left in the fade, Wardens kept to keep an eye on them - enemies closer and all that.

Blackwall to be turned over to Wardens - he impersonated one: he's their problem.

Cullen encouraged to keep free of Lyrium, having Templar family - Bears knows the effects.

- Left Alistair in the Fade (hung Warden curtains in Skyhold as homage)

- Let the Wardens stay

- "Kept Celene alive and reconciled her with Briala. Gaspard was executed. Florianne's remains were sentenced to community service."

- Let Morrigan drink from the Well. No traps for him, thanks

- Sacrificed Bull's Chargers.

- Cole became more like a human.

A firm and devout Andrastian, always saying he was chosen by her.

On good terms with a few of his family, particularly his two older siblings

Got along very well with the staff and party members, and kept them all happy to work for him.

Romanced Josephine, admiring her conviction to walk away from battle and her sharp wit

Allied with the mages, treating his brother as allies at arms

Got all three of Halamshiral's players to work together, even if it didn't work out very well.

Stroud was left behind in the Fade

Allowed Morrigan to drink from the well, knowing that a geas was bad news, even if Mythal was supposedly dead.

Supported Leliana in her quest to be Divine as an unhardened

 

Allaria Lavellan - Elf female Tempest rogue, aged 41 (elves live longer than humans)

 

Believes in the Creators, and distrustful of most humans at first (and fairly antagonistic to non-elves)

Misses her clan greatly. 

Got along well particularly with Solas, but was shocked when Sera had no interest in learning what it meant to be an elf. Varric's witty charm and the strong stoic duty of Cassandra and Cullen intrigued her. 

With Cullen, her attraction grew even stronger

Conscripted the mages, she only sided with Fiona because she was elven, she didn't trust the mages.

Fully intended to support Briala, but seeing the way she backstabbed her own kin just to hide her past, sided with Celene, thinking she'd be the best bet. 

Stroud was left behind in the Fade

Drank from the well herself, wanting to learn the secrets of her elven past.

Supported Cassandra in her quest to be Divine. 

 

Vitellus Cadash - Dwarf male Templar warrior, aged 22

 

Believed in the Stone, and had been to Orzammar countless times, always loving the history. 

Worked only in smuggling, not doing a whole lot of the other dangerous work.

Was greatly intrigued by all the different people he got to meet working in the Inquisition.

Romanced Cassandra, enjoying her secret romantic side, something the two of them shared

Believed in the templars, and allied with them side by side.

Believing in the might and honor, allied with Gaspard, and brought Briala on his side. 

Left Loghain behind in the Fade

Allowed Morrigan to drink from the well, wanting nothing to do with that dangerous crazy thing

Supported Vivienne in her quest to become Divine.

 

 

All of the quests had:

Cullen off of lyrium

Bull Charger's not sacrificed - Screw the Qun!

-Believed in his own gods, had his faith shaken by the events at the Temple of Mythal.

-Romanced Josephine. Was great friends with Dorian and Iron Bull (I want a double date on future dlc, please.) and saw Solas as a mentor and confidant.

-Saved everyone on Heaven, when asssuming the role of inquisitor, said he would be the one to close the gap between humans and elves.

-Recruited the mages trough alliance, not conscription.

-Left Sir Moustache to battle the demonic spider.

-Did not Exile the wardens. 

-Celene alive, Brialla rules the Dales. Gaspard's head is mounted somewhere, Made Florienne do honest work to pay her debt to society.

-Iron Bull is now Tal Vashot, Cole is more humany, Cullen dropped his drug habit for good, Leliana is back to her tender self and Blackwall was recruited by the Wardens. 

-Morrigan drank for the well because the Inquisitor wouldn't subject the Inquisition to the whims of something he barely understood.

- Lavellan clan saved, now living among commoner humans and city elves in a city on the free marches. Supported Captain Aveline on the siege of Kirkwall (Sebastian is an ass).

-Leliana is Divine Victoria, The inquisition draws its power from spies and secrets.
