Hello,

I just thought I'd suggest the idea mentioned in the topic name.

I was once kinda tired and salvaged my best 1h and 2h weapons. Now I am stuck with daggers, bow and staff. 1h is lvl 23 but pretty weak, heh.

I find it very, VERY annoying to sell garbage en masse, while having to think about "what to scrap, what not to scrap?"

This is getting very tedious as it is, as the system in work promotes useless grind.

To be honest, I'd rather have to un-equip characters to equip other ones, than have the items go back to the pool.

Marking stuff as "favorite" (and unable to sell) would do the trick as well, but I somehow doubt, that a change like that will happen...

But maybe I am the only one? :P Sleep more, be more attentive, yeah? Well... I either sleep or play this game. Can't have both.

I agree with this, not being able to sell equipped items or at the very least make it MUCH more obvious as to what is equipped, like highlight the weapon name in bright orange or something. I can see easily with the amount of scrap you get in this game how those mistakes can happen.

and people on this forum griefed me for saying it was hard to figure out the menu for crafting armor uses the shoulder buttons on PS4, and for not knowing demon commander existed because it's just one of the multiple Terrors in the mob

I am terrified I am going to accidently salvage a level 22 rare item.

What I salvaged by mistake was magical lvl 23 sword and purple 15 lvl greatsword with superb rune :P

I mostly play mages anyway... But now exclusively :P since I hate sin and not hyped for archers either (too many ppl use them, no appeal)

Equiped by the selected class or the other one though? Would they change that? I don't think so, as I don't see another patch, but I will check it out. I will just stop salvaging stuff untill my inventory is full, than just scroll down and salvage everything, as items seem to be sorted by level. Higher levels I would just handle at the end. Still a pain I guess.

The perfect solution would be the need to actually CHOOSE which items from the box you want to keep. And just SALVAGE EVERYTHING ELSE.

Right now, we have it all backwards. We should make choices for the things that happen least ammount of times, when to keep GOOD ITEMS, not when to sell - basically most of everything, one by one.

Current system is counter intuitive, brings no fun factor and gives needless work, where enjoyment should be...

It would be a bonus to have some level of protection from our tiredness/foolishness.  Let's face it, there are so many items not worth keeping, it becomes a robotic act in salvagaing them.  Same thing in Destiny, so easy to discard an item you really didn't want to.

BW, allow us to make items favorites, which we would have to un-favorite to salvage.  Or, perhaps at least add an "are you sure" prompt to rares and uniques say level 18 and higher.

I just thought, that adding more item tabs/groups or possibility to add your own (and name them) would be great. With the ability to move items to any of them freely, it would solve most problems I can think of.

Not only for multiplayer, it could replace the need for storage chest, etc. Instant win on so many levels!

I'm always real careful about what I salvage but a safeguard for items you want to keep is a great idea! +1
