I don't even Benny Hill him <.<
I just Fade Walk out of his uppercut and all is gucci. As a arcane warrior that's the only thing that does damage anyway unless you don't happen to have a barrier up (wot?).
As a side note, it's not hard to keep PUGs alive this way, just grab DC aggro and pull him back into the back of the room and tank him, while the PUGs handle the adds. Once adds are dead the random Assassin/Alchemist/Katari/Reaver will try to DPS him down and get killed by his scream but what are you gonna do lol, he'll be dead before he bleeds out anyway.

Gosh guys, remember the days when DA bosses were really terrifying? When you could tell just from looking at it that you were in for a hard fight? OH WAIT, none of you have even played a DA game before.
I don't remember it... mainly because DA never had bosses who gave me a hard fight. Come on, even the Archdemon was easy if you know your stuff, and let's not talk about the Brood Mother or the Architect.
Don't get me wrong, I love Dragon Age. But it's not, by any means, a videogame saga with a insurmountable difficulty.

Try playing DA:O without any patches. For the first 3 - 4 days of release, Nightmare difficulty was almost impossible in DA:O. I'll never forget the savage mauling I received from Mabari in Redcliffe. Morrigan, Alistair and Leliana were stunlocked then dead in seconds. And, this was definitely not my first RPG.
Then... they patched / rebalanced the entire game tuning it way down and nightmare playthroughs became much more achievable.

So glad I didn't play a patched Origins, from what I hear it must have ruined the game
and its not the most difficult game but it was basically one of the only RPGs I actually enjoyed besides Pokemon so it was enough of a challenge for me.
