For anyone waiting on it I just booted the game up and a new patch installed, 'pinged' items show up on the radar so it's definitely the new one, surprised there hasn't been an official announcement?

I'd imagine it's because it's the same patch that was released on other platforms last week.

Yes, but in addition to the general fixes that cover each version of the game, they also listed fixes that were specific to each individual platform. Nothing like that for the XBO so far, and I can't imagine they wouldn't touch XBO specific issues.
