sooo, I still have a hard time to confirm that,

 

but for some of you prestigious people, it really should be possible now

to verify whether the prestige has an impact on the store or not. Right?

I have suggestion. If those achievements, titles and banners are so valuable put them in chests instead and let me get gear from prestige.

There are 100 threads on this forum that cover this exact question, by the short answer is nothing changes the quality or amount of useless crap you get from chests, it can literally go on forever unless there is a patch that increases odds of better items. Read the other threads I just gave you the short answer.

what I can tell you for a fact is how terrible the chest system is done and how you endlessly get crap items and there is no maxing them out so you stop getting them is the biggest drain on this game.  you play game and game and buy chest after chest for what? to get some salvage you already have a stockpile of? REALLY FUN and well done!

 

I also like how my potions are sitting maxed out on 255 and it doesn't go up any higher, but I still get them out of boxes.  Awesome feature!

but if there was a connection,

it really would be noticeable now for some people, who are beyond 200 prestige.

 

That's why I was asking again.

 

But such a shame that we know now for sure that it isn't connected.

 

Because this would be the only thing in the loot system that would embody

at least some kind of "progress"

 

At the same time it is sooo bad that some beginners open their first chest

and receive a level 19-23 unique weapon.

Then they go to routine and blow everything away - not even knowing what they are doing.

 

At the same time - it ruins all the fun THESE players would have had, making gradual progress

with their characters.

 

It is soo bad what Bioware has done with this system.

I'm beyond 200.  It doesn't change your store luck.

 

For me it comes out to:

1 level 20+ unique weapon per every 100k spent at the store.

1 level 20 unique accessory for every 50k spent at the store.

 

That has been my RNG luck so far.  I do have a friend who has pulled 3.. yes 3.. Sulevin Blades

when I think about it:

 

I actually had a levl 22 dagger very early and got another lvl. 21 soon after that.

This means that all the fun I would have had with receiving one better weapon after another, was gone
