I'm trying to be calm, intelligent, and understanding. But as it now appears Bioware and EA you've cost a lot of people hardache and money.

Fix this now! Make all the damn Preorder DLC FREE!

Twice in both live chat and over the phone I have been booted or disconected from the system. How is my gamertag taken by another Account? Why can't I find that information?

Please just quick fix this now!

Oh yeah I am bit perturbed by the fact that the Collectors edition content I paid for, I can't now use!

Maybe we should try calling Bioware's offices?

the only way to get this fixed is to get in touch with a CSR. i know it sucks waiting for EA Support, theyre not the fastest bunch in the world, but a little bit of patience goes a long way.



now that aside, bioware/ea really f***ed up this whole process

The problem is every time I get to teh first spot in line I get disconnected on the phone or website. Come on Bioware just make the content free. Save us all hard ache.
